One Slide for End-of-Life Conversations

So, for all of you who are already gathering with loved ones this holiday weekend, why not take some time to discuss your wishes for end-of-life care?

Engage with Grace has put together a helpful, simple, five-step slide to start the conversation.

End-of-life conversation is quite a bit hard especially when some people considered it a morbid thing to discuss. But personally speaking, it's OK for me to talk about death, for all of us will be dying, eh. And I have many dreams and wishes that I want to be fulfilled before I die, eh.

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for this post. End-of-life discussions are so, so important. There is some excellent information about the end of life and all of the things that go with it at http://www.caresearch.com.au/caresearch/tabid/1073/Default.aspx

Are you still planning to keep this blog up, by the way? We haven't heard from you in awhile!
