Congrats on making the list of Top 50! End of life is such a tough subject for patient, family, friends and acquaintances... As a radiation therapist, I saw this issue too often in patient's lives. I think it's wonderful that you are doing so much to help open dialogues during this difficult time in life. I look forward to your continued insight.

CareNovateMag.com, founded by a CNA turned pharmacist, who happens to be a caregiver, is a great online platform where promoting health literacy, providing medications management strategies and tips for family caregivers is imperative. This platform is for healthcare professionals, students, interns, caregivers and sandwich generation families who are juggling caring for the young and the senior and everything in between - caregiving, health, wellness and more importantly, medication management tips. Guest posts are from dentists, MPH students and pharmacists.
